Keeping You Safe and Informed

The health and well-being of our customers, employees and local communities remains our top priority. During this unprecedented time, we are committed to supporting Governor Newsom’s statewide Stay at Home Order as well as adhering to the CDC’s guidelines of limiting social interaction. As an essential service, Bank of Southern California will continue to remain open.

We are asking for your help in reducing the spread and limiting non-essential visits to our branches, when possible. We encourage you to take advantage of our many convenient solutions, all of which have been enhanced to help you conduct your banking needs with greater ease.

You may continue to use one of our many ATMs, now featuring higher withdrawal limits.

Night Drop Facilities*

Use our Night Drop facilities to make deposits, reorder checks, and conduct other non-essential banking functions. For added convenience, we have expanded our daily processing until 4 pm. All deposits placed in the night drop ahead of 4 pm will be posted to your account the same day.

Drive-through Banking*

Conduct your banking from the comfort of your car with drive-through banking at select locations.

Online and Mobile Banking

We encourage you to use our online and mobile banking tools and resources for 24/7 account access. There is no monthly fee or per account charges. Plus, we’ve increased the daily deposit limit for all personal and business mobile banking users. Learn more.

Speak with an Account Officer

We are here to help. Please call or email your account officer or local branch with any questions on how we can better assist you.

We will continue to closely monitor the CDC and public health agencies for updates on the Coronavirus, as well as local government agencies to ensure the health and well-being of our customers, employees and local communities.

We have great confidence in our team members, and we will get through this, together.

We thank you for the continued opportunity to serve you and wish for you and your family to remain safe and well during this difficult time.
