Before submitting any feedback, please review the following helpful pointers:

  • Do not include confidential information in your email like account numbers, social security numbers, or passwords.
  • Some financial institutions have the same name, or a similar name, and it is easily confused so please make sure that before you submit your feedback that you verify that you interacted with Bank of Southern California, N.A.
  • Provide as much detail as possible in your feedback, such as what happened specifically, where did it occur, what date/time of day, and with whom did the interaction happen? Also include if anything was done to resolve the matter, and if so, what the action was.
  • Make sure you provide your contact information so that we can follow up with you in the event we need additional information. If we do not have a means to contact you, we might not be able to act on your complaint.
