Treasury Management Support Specialist

Location: San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles

We are looking for qualified professionals who can:

  • Become a product expert for all TMS products and services with the ability to act as a resource for all internal bank business areas and external clients.
  • Support incoming client and bank personnel inquiries in a timely and accurate manner including receive, research, and resolve client issues related to TMS products and services inclusive of Business Online Banking.
  • Support the TMS Team with timely and accurate responses and assist the team members with implementation of new products and or enhancements/release.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services including 3 years in a cash management role or related area.
  • Experience in client services or product support is preferred.
  • Knowledge of electronic banking services and or cash management products is recommended.

Treasury Management Sales Officer

Location: Los Angeles

We are looking for qualified professionals who can:

  • Manage all elements of the Treasury Management sales cycle.
  • Develop independent channels to prospect for new Treasury Management clients.
  • Call on customers and prospects in the assigned territory with a focus on those with extensive, complex and/or multi-national treasury management requirements.
  • Design customer-centric treasury management solutions and provide consultative expertise on the liquidity management cycle.
  • Develop treasury management sales proposals and pricing proformas for prospective and existing clients to further develop and strengthen business relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in Treasury Management Sales or Retail Sales.
  • Work related experience must consist of Treasury Management services including implementation, product knowledge, in-depth specialty software knowledge, and experience in the financial services industry.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
