Loan Processing Coordinator

Locations: San Diego, Orange County

We are looking for qualified banking professionals who can:

  • Process new and existing commercial real estate, C&I, and SBA loan requests (Express, 504, 7A) in accordance with approved credit memo.
  • Work directly with Managing Directors, Underwriters, bank’s legal counsels (if needed) to resolve any issues including, but not limited to title reports, UCC filings, SBA requirements, collateral documents, and pre-closing conditions as stated on approved credit memo.
  • Ensure all required processing documents are requested, received, reviewed, approved, and executed by the appropriate parties.
  • Order services necessary for the loan process completion including, but not limited to environmental reports, Certificate of Entity Status, UCC Search, Flood, CIP, Real Estate Tax Service, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Three to five years’ experience in commercial banking/lending area required.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Computer skills to include use of Microsoft Office products and other programs as required.

Loan Servicing Assistant

Locations: Orange County

We are looking for qualified banking professionals who can:

  • Monitor group incoming calls and monitor the group email inbox and process received email requests, including, but not limited to, processing loan payments and loan advances.
  • Process loan participation payments/advances and forward to appropriate participant per Participation Certificate.
  • Backup loan boarding onto Loan System, ensuring that the appropriate information is entered in the correct system fields including ticklers and collateral information.
  • Process outgoing wire and ACH transfer transaction upon receipt and review of the required forms.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • One to three years’ experience in banking/lending strongly preferred.
  • Computer skills to include use of Microsoft Office products, Laser Pro and other programs as required.
