Nathan Rogge | President & CEO | Director

Nathan Rogge is the President and CEO of Bank of Southern California. He joined the company in 2006 as the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Office and was named President and CEO in 2008. He has been instrumental in growing the Bank organically as well as through a series of mergers and acquisitions, including the 2018 acquisition of Los Angeles-based Americas United Bank and the 2020 acquisition of Orange County-based CalWest Bank. His long-term vision is to continue to grow Bank of Southern California into its name by becoming the bank of choice for professionals, entrepreneurs, and small to mid-sized businesses located throughout the greater Southern California region.

Mr. Rogge began his career in 1991 as a teller for Wells Fargo Bank. Following which, he served in a variety of roles for regional banks, including First National Bank of San Diego and First Republic Bank.

He is recognized as one of the youngest bank CEOs in Southern California and was named a 2018 Most Admired CEO and the 2020 CEO of the Year by the San Diego Business Journal. Under his leadership, Bank of Southern California was awarded one of San Diego’s Best Places to Work in 2018, 2019, and 2020.

Mr. Rogge participates in several key business-focused associations and often serves in leadership roles. These organizations include Executives Association of San Diego and Banker’s Small Business CDC.

Mr. Rogge obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis.
