David Volk | Director
David Volk is a Director of the Company and the Bank, joining our Board in 2017. He is a principal at Castle Creek Capital, an alternative asset management firm focused on the community banking industry and located in San Diego, California. He started with Castle Creek Capital Partners VI LP in 2005, having led or supported investments in numerous recapitalization, distressed, and growth situations. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate with TW Associates Capital, Inc. and Ernst & Young.
Mr. Volk received his bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University and his master’s degree from the University of Virginia.
